13.3.2
Exchange of the Solenoid Valve / Replacement of the Flow Regulator
The Flow Regulator is already included in a replacement solenoid valve and, in this case,
NOTE
does not need to be replaced. Exception: If metering is set at 10 %, the flow regulator must
also be replaced in a new replacement solenoid valve.
The solenoid valve and / or flow regulator are to be replaced as follows:
Pull out the mains plug and interrupt the water infeed (close the angle valve).
Pull out plug (Item 1) and loosen nut (Item 2)
Loosen swivel nuts (Item 3), remove solenoid valve (Item 4)
Remove old flow regulator (Item 5) with a suitable tool
Insert the new flow regulator (Item 6). You must make sure that the new flow regulator is
positioned correctly (see chapter 11.1, Fig. 11.1).
Reinstall the solenoid valve in reverse order.
Ensure that the flat seal is correctly seated.
Reconnect the electricity and water supply.
Check that the device is functioning properly and make sure that it is not leaking.
