Replacement of the Water Fittings

In the event of microbial contamination or to prevent this occurring, the complete pipe
system can be replaced with a new system instead of the time-consuming process of
decontamination on-site.

 Lift out the complete pipe system
 Installation in reverse order; use new flat seals and a new stainless steel flex tube (enclosed).
 Open the angle valve, vent the device and conduct a function test.

Procedure:
 Close angle valve.
 Unscrew the water supply line and
lower lock nut from the fresh water
inlet.
 Remove the flat connector from the
coil (Item 1) of the solenoid valve.
 Unscrew the flex hose screw fitting
on the pipe interrupter (Item 2).
 Undo the connecting cable from
the water meter (Item 3).
 Loosen the lock nuts (Item 4).
