Finding and Eliminating Errors
Once a fault has been eliminated, it must be acknowledged by pressing

Perform water meter test in accordance with chapter 8.5.1.3.
Replace the solenoid, clean the valve parts, and replace
them if necessary.
Clean the electrodes and replace the flow monitor if
necessary
Bleed the metering pump (see chapter 8.5.2).
Replace valve O-rings
Replace O-rings on piston rod and piston.
Replace the metering pump.
Replace hose; retighten hose clips.
Replace DLA motor
Tighten locking device.
Flush entire metering system.
See chapter
8.4.6
for details about setting the hygienic flush
parameters.
Check wiring. Screw it back in, if necessary.
Replace master board (board and display).
Is the EEPROM plugged into the 8-pin socket?
Is the EEPROM correctly plugged into the 8-pin socket?
Replace the display board
Replace the display board
Replace board(s).
Test the transformer voltage on the secondary side
(>24 V DC in idle mode). Replace the transformer, if
necessary.
Let the transformer cool down. Replace the transformer.
Clean the valve, replace if necessary.
Reduce the water temperature. Replace the valve.
Clean the jet regulator and replace it if necessary.
Replace the aerator (Fig. 3.1)
Regulate the water pressure and install a pressure reducing
valve if necessary
Reduce the water temperature. Replace the valve.
Replace the flow monitor.
