1999 and are permanently assigned in the application. Like the associated
WeldJobs, the service spot numbers are absolutely necessary for operation
(suitable import files may need to be created).
• Structure spot name:
The spot name / spot selection is composed of the "vehicle
•
type" and the spot number. (Example for a spot name
FT10_65001_xxxx: vehicle type 10, spot number 65001, +free
text). All non-digits can be used as separators in the entire spot
name. In the free text, numbers, letters and some special
characters may be used. In case of invalid special characters, a
corresponding message will be displayed.
• "Wild Card":
No wild card rule applies. The spot selection must be done
•
expilcitly. (Vehicle type and point number must both be present)
otherwise a spot selection error will occur.
• Spot selection error:
The "Spot selection data invalid" bit is set if an error is
•
generated in connection with spot selection at the start of
welding.
A spot with the spot number "0" (regardless of the selected
•
vehicle type) is an invalid spot and will not be loaded.
If a welding process is started on an invalid spot, this will not
•
result in any gun movement and the process will be aborted.
Neither the progress contact nor weld not ok is set and the error
bit "Spot selection data invalid" (together with a corresponding
error message in the PRI7000, see below) is set.
Bit "Spot selection error" is set at the following error messages:

Loading gun data

8.3.1

Function description

• Loading the gun, servo gun, motor parameters, etc.
• When the gun is undocked (output "Controller enable is off" = TRUE), the
service program S_0_1103_LoadData is started when the selected gun number
is changed (selection > 0).
• Gun, servo gun and motor parameters are then loaded and played into the
drive controller. For this purpose, the control switches briefly to the
"parameterization level" (PM).
