Description
• Input only relevant when using force sensor on gun arm. Input is
set, if there is a programmable difference between measured
value of force sensor (on gun arm) and the force setpoint of the
selected program. If the error bit is set, "collective fault" and
"welding not OK" must be set additionally.
• Note: Set for the following error messages:
14016 No or too low force for force signal

The system reports that maintenance movement is required for the current
gun.
The system reports that the gun has successfully performed the
maintenance movement.
• Device code W1: EMZ=1 / SPZ=0
• Device code W2: Gun type C
• Device code W4: Gun type X
• The system reports a prewarning or standing quantity via
component counter for the currently used gun.
• The system reports that the target force could not be reached
within the specified time.
• System outputs the error and then moves to robot command
position.
• Note: Set when the following error message occurs:
14019 No or less force reaction

• The system reports that the force specification is outside the
permissible range.
• Only resettable by positive edge of an executable move command
(e.g. gun open).
• Note: Set in case of the following error message:
30014 Force not within programmed limits.

• The system reports that the command position currently set by the
robot is outside the permissible range.
• Not resettable by "Reset fault".
• Note: Is set for the following error messages:
14003 Commanded position out of range

Error is generated in the servo feed control if the target position
–
is less than -20mm or greater than "gun stroke for geometry test
[mm]".
• The system reports that the basic mechanical load of the gun is
outside the tolerances.
• Note: Is set for the following error messages:
14026 Base load out of bounce
