Description
The robot send this signal, which is reflected back by the process
device.
• This signal indicates to the control that the electrode caps have
been changed.
• The wear and dress counters are thus reset. The tips must then
be measured again. (Geometry measurement)
• This signal indicates to the controller that it is intended to perform
a geometry measurement.
• During geometry measurement, the offset and the offset for initial
calibration is determined and made available to the robot on the
interface.
• Note:
The selection of the type of measurement run (geometry
measurement / tip wear measurement) is made on the basis of
the current electrode status.
• This signal is used to indicate to the control that it should perform
a measurement after dressing.
• When measuring after dressing, the tip wear is determined and
the and the wear counters are reset.
• Optionally, a dressing control (evaluation of the dressing length)
can be parameterized.
• Note:
The selection of the type of measurement run (geometry
measurement / tip wear measurement) is made on the basis of
the current electrode status.
This signal indicates to the controller that a function test is carried
out without a component (with reduced current and reduced force,
which can be freely programmed).
These signals are used to indicate to the controller which gun is
active during docking of the robot.
• This signal indicates to the controller that the gun has to carry out
a lubrication stroke movement.
• This function shall only be performed if the robot outputs the
"Automatic" mode.
• This signal indicates to the controller that the gun has to execute
a stroke with the selected program parameters without welding.
• Features such as tip setting, tipp dressing, holding tips (changer),
measuring.
• This function shall only be performed if the robot outputs the
"Automatic" mode.
• The robot controls the opening of the gun.
• Once the open position of the gun has been reached, the
program ends immediately.
• Automatic opening is only performed by the combination control
when the welding time has been reached.
