Description
Sign of the actual position ( 0 = positive / 1 = negative)
The system reflects the status of the robot life bit.
• The system reports that the geometry check did not detect any
error after the tip change. Signal is reset if the tolerance limit of
the geometry is violated.
• Note:
The bit is output with the "Geometry measurement " function
(input bit "Geometry measurement"):
It is set together with the "Completion message tip test" signal if
no geometry test error (error number 14014) was detected
during the measurement run.
When the "Geometry measurement" input signal is removed,
the "Tip change ok" output bit is also reset.
If the "Geometry measurement" function has been started on a
tip that has already been dressed, so this bit is not set!
If a measuring run is selected via the "Measure after dressing"
input, the bit is not set.
The system reports that the measurement order has been processed,
regardless of the measurement result.
• The system reports that the tip dressing has been completed
correctly (no increase of the tip compared to the last
measurement).
• Note: The bit is output together with the "Completion message tip
test" output if the measurement (input "Position reset after tip
dress") was successfully performed with an electrode status
"dressed". (when setting the "Position reset" input, the bit is not
operated!)
• The measuring process is successfully finished, if the dressing
control has not generated an error "14013 - Error dressing length"
during measuring.
• For measurements of undressed tips (electrode status <>
"dressed"), the dressing control is not active and the "dressing
OK" bit is also not operated in this case.
• The bit is reset as soon as the "Position reset after tip dress" input
has been reset.
The system reports that a function test is performed without a component
(reduced current and force are used, which are freely programmable).
• The system reports that the gun coding reported by the robot does
not match its own hardware coding.
• In the case of welding gun without GDM, the signal is output,
• if the gun code from the robot does not match the loaded gun
parameters.
• Note: Is set at the following error messages:
- 14005 Wrong gun connected
