Description
• The robot selects one of W1...128 possible vehicles.
• Component number: This identifier is added to the data of the
welding log so that a subsequent assignment of the information
to a specific component of a car body is possible.
• The inputs are interpreted as 8-bit ASCII characters. The
ASCII_0 character corresponds to the first character of the name.
These inputs are read in at each sequence (= start recognized).

Description
The "Ready" signal is output when:
• no internal error is present
• the emergency stop circuit is ok
• the intermediate circuit of the controller is loaded
• the controller is not in energy saving mode - the gun is properly
docked (no gun change active)
The " Brake closed axis 1" signal is output when:
• the energy saving mode was selected via interface
• the controller is in energy saving mode
• If the energy saving mode is deactivated, this bit may only
assume the state "0" when the system is completely ready for the
process again.
• The system reports that the gun is ready for undocking.
• The drive controller is in the "Parking axis (PA)" state.
The system reports that a closing command to the gun with Force
build-up is carried out.
