Fault
The charging process does
not start.
The satellite box only
charges with the minimum
charging current.
12.3 Error codes
Error ID
Description
1
The CP signal is invalid.
The fault could be caused by the
vehicle or the charging cable.
2
The PP signal is invalid.
The charging cable may be the cause
of the fault.
3
There is a diode error in the vehicle.
Possible cause
Load/charge management is activated
and the connected vehicle is on the
waiting list.
The satellite box does not have a con-
nection to the control box. The satellite
box reduces the charging current to 6 A
until the connection to the control box is
restored.
Recommended action
► Disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle.
► SOCKET variant: disconnect the charging cable
► Wait until the status LED is illuminated green.
► Connect the vehicle to the EV charging box once
► Start the charging process.
► If the error occurs again, try to start a charging
► If the error occurs again, contact an electrician.
