b) Activating/exiting programming mode
For programming, it is always necessary to set the code lock to programming mode.
• The centre LED at the top of the code lock should flash slowly orange (if the Wi-Fi module is
installed but still configured, the LED flashes quickly red); the code lock is in normal mode.
• Enter the master code (default setting "0000") and confirm the input by briefly pressing the
button (press star button twice).
The master code "0000" is not a permanently programmed code and should be
changed for safety reasons after the initial start-up, see Chapter 14. d).
If you have forgotten your master code, proceed as described in Chapter 12 to
activate programming mode. You can then program a new master code, see Chapter
14. d).
If the master code has been recognised and is correct, the code lock emits two short beep
tones and then enters programming mode. The centre LED at the top of the code lock lights
up permanently orange and flashes red at the same time.

c) Restoring factory settings
All existing settings and programmings can be deleted using a special code.
The master code will not be reset. This means that if you have forgotten the master
code, it is not necessary to reset the code lock. You can only reprogram the master
code via DAP mode (see Chapter 13.).
Proceed as follows:
• The code lock should be in programming mode, see Chapter 14. b).
• Enter code
• Press the button to confirm your entry.
• The code lock emits two short beep tones and the deletion process is started. During deletion,
the centre LED at the top of the code lock flashes very quickly orange.
Deletion may take a few minutes, please be patient.
