9. Programming

Do not disconnect the code lock from the power supply during programming. Other-
wise, the already existing data or programmings could be damaged.
Master code and user codes can include 2 to 6 digits. All codes must be of the same length.
Each code must be unique. A master code cannot be used as a user code.
By default, the master code is
a) Entering/exiting programming mode
• The control LED at the top of the code lock must glow red steadily; the code lock is in normal
operation.
• Enter the master code twice in succession.
Example:
By default, the master code is "1234"; you must change it for security reasons; see
chapter 9. c).
If you have forgotten your master code, the code lock must be reset to the factory
settings. Proceed as described in chapter 9. b).
• If you have entered the master code twice correctly, the code lock will emit a long sound
signal and will then be in programming mode. The control LED at the top of the code lock
will glow yellow steadily.
• Y ou can now configure the desired settings (refer to the instructions on the following pages
for details).
• Press the button to exit programming mode.
The code lock will emit a short sound signal and will then be in normal operation. The control
LED at the top of the code lock will glow red steadily.
If you do not press any button within about 60 seconds, you will exit the programming
mode automatically and the code lock will emit 4 short sound signals.
