14. Programming

Do not disconnect the code lock from power supply during programming. Otherwise,
the existing data or programming could be damaged.
All codes (such as master code, user codes, and superuser code) can have 4 to 8 digits.
If you switch on the automatic access mode (see Chapter 14. m), all codes must have
the same length (such as master code + superuser code + user codes 5 digits). The
reason is that the code entry does not have to be confirmed with the
automatic access mode is activated.
Each code must be unique. For example, the master code cannot be the same as the user code.
The code lock will emit a long beep tone if you attempt to set the same code twice.
The pause between each button press must not exceed 10 seconds, otherwise the code lock
will beep 5 times to indicate an error.
a) Switching on the code lock
As soon as the code lock is supplied with power, it is for one minute in special mode in which you
can activate programming mode with the help of the DAP code (see Chapter "13. "DAP" mode).
The code lock automatically switches to normal mode 1 minute after being switched on. The
piezo buzzer emits a continuous beep tone and the centre LED flashes orange.
To switch to normal mode immediately after switching on, proceed as follows:
• Enter code
• Press the button to confirm your entry.
The piezo buzzer emits two short beep tones and then stops. The centre LED pauses briefly
and then flashes slowly orange (if the Wi-Fi module is installed but still configured, the LED
flashes quickly red).
The code lock is now in normal mode.
