q) Selecting mode for door opener button - programming code 90
By default, pressing the door opener button (if connected) activates output #1 on the code lock.
In some scenarios you may wish for there to be a delay between pressing the button and
activating output #1 (for the connected door lock). For example, configuring a delay can prevent
people from leaving a room quickly.
The code lock will beep during the delay to indicate that the door opener button has been
pressed.
Important!
When you set a delay, people will not be able to leave the room quickly. This may
constitute a safety hazard in some scenarios (e.g. in the event of a fire).
Before setting a delay (disabled by default), ensure that you comply with all applicable
safety regulations in your country (e.g. the requirement to designate a second escape
route).
If in doubt, do not set a delay.
