n) Beep tones during normal operation - programming code 71
In standby mode, the code lock beeps when you press a button (e.g. when entering a user
code). In the event of incorrect code entry or transponder card, 5 short beep tones are emitted.
These beep tones are designed to confirm button presses (and indicate incorrect
unlock attempts).
You can disable these beep tones to avoid being disturbed.
Beep tones that are emitted due to a warning and the beep tone that sounds for 1
minute after the power supply is applied are not part of the beep tones during normal
operation and cannot be switched off.
In programming mode, the beep tones are always enabled for security reasons.
Switching beep tones for normal operation off or on:
• The code lock should be in programming mode, see Chapter 14. b).

No beep tones
Short beep tone when you press a button / 5 short beep tones after an incorrect unlock
attempt (default setting)
• Confirmation:
Press the button to confirm your entry.
The code lock emits two beep tones and the centre LED flashes twice orange. Programming
is saved.
• When you have finished programming, exit programming mode with the
Mode selection
or
Confirmation
button.
