Never close (with or without a stone layer) the main clamping when the side clamping is closed. Otherwise,
there is a risk that the main clamping jaws can be pressed against the halfen rails (of the side clamping) and
thereby the grippers of the side clamping can be bent/damaged.
If the arm of the carrier (e.g. excavator) is moved (with a gripped stone layer) too far to the outside, there
is a risk of tipping of the carrier - due to the weight of the installation clamp and the weight of the stone
layer.
Therefore note the tipping stability of the carrier!
6.1

General

Before using the Installation Clamp HVZ-GENIUS with the support frame (excavator) remove the red
marked transport bolt at the clamp suspension, unconditionally.
If the arm of the support frame (excavator) is moved (with a gripped stone layer) too far to the
outside, a risk of tipping of the support frame (excavator) - due to the weight of the installation clamp
and the weight of the stone layer. Therefore note the tipping stability of the support frame
(excavator).

Adjust HVZ- GENIUS as shown in chapter "Adjustments".
The operating of the HVZ- GENIUS makes use of modern drum control.
The advantage of such technics is, that according to the job specification, the different motion sequence can be
activated via a selector switch.
