Montaggio gruppo pedana destra
Applicare Loctite 601 sul filetto delle n.2 viti (37).
Posizionare il gruppo piastra portapedana destra (23) sulla piastra
destra (R) interponendo i n.2 distanziali (28) e impuntare le n.2 viti
(37).
Serrare le n.2 viti (37) alla coppia indicata.
Posizionare lo snodo sinistro (31) sul rinvio (26) e impuntare la vite
(38).
Dal lato opposto, sulla sporgenza della vite (38) avvitare senza
serrare il dado (19).
Serrare la vite (38) alla coppia indicata, mantenendo dal lato
opposto il dado (19).
Applicare Loctite 243 sul filetto delle n.2 viti (20).
Posizionare l'attacco pedana regolabile destro (24) sulla piastra
portapedana sinistra (23) e impuntare le n.2 viti (20).
Serrare le n.2 viti (20) alla coppia indicata.
Importante
In base alle esigenze di guida del pilota è possibile montare
l'attacco pedana regolabile destra (24) sulla piastra portapedana
destra (23) in posizione "bassa" utilizzando i fori inferiori (23A) e in
posizione "alta" utilizzando i fori superiori (23B), come indicato in
figura (V).
È opportuno mantenere la stessa "Posizione pedana" in entrambi i
lati del motoveicolo.
Regolare il grano di registro (N1) portandolo alla quota indicata in
figura (U).
Serrare il dado (N2) alla coppia indicata.
Agendo sul gruppo pedale freno posteriore (25), verificare che
questo presenti un gioco di circa 2÷5 mm prima di iniziare l'azione
frenante, come mostrato nel riquadro (W).
Verifiche
Verificare che azionando la leva freno (25) non ci siano interferenze
con altri organi nelle immediate vicinanze e che venga
correttamente eseguita l'operazione di frenata.
Verificare inoltre che all'azione della leva freno corrisponda un
giusto consenso all'accensione del fanale posteriore e un non
consenso in fase di rilascio leva freno.
Attenzione
Ogni qualvolta viene effettuata una nuova regolazione occorre
un controllo successivo che soddisfi quanto riportato al capitolo
"VERIFICHE" .
Attenzione
Prima di utilizzare il motoveicolo, verificare che la posizione dei
pedali e delle pedane permetta l'utilizzo corretto dei comandi in
tutte le condizioni di guida.

Assembling RH footpeg assembly
Apply Loctite 601 on the thread of no.2 screws (37).
Position RH footpeg holder plate assembly (23) on RH plate (R)
placing no.2 spacers (28) in-between, and start no.2 screws (37) in
their threads.
Tighten the no.2 screws (37) to the specified torque.
Position LH joint (31) on transmission (26) starting screw (38) in its
thread.
On the opposite side, screw without tightening nut (19) on screw
(38) projection.
Tighten screw (38) to the specified torque, while holding nut (19)
on the opposite side.
Apply Loctite 243 on the thread of no.2 screws (20).
Position RH adjustable footpeg mounting (24) on the RH footpeg
holder plate (23) and start no.2 screws (20) in their thread.
Tighten the no.2 screws (20) to the specified torque.
Caution
According to the rider needs, it is possible to mount the RH
adjustable footpeg mounting (24) on the RH footpeg holder plate
(23) either in "low" position using the lower holes (23A), and in
"high" position using upper holes (23B), as indicated in figure (V).
You should set the same "Footpeg position" on both sides of
vehicle.
Adjust the adjuster dowel (N1) bringing it to the distance indicated
in figure (U).
Tighten nut (N2) to the specified torque.
Working on rear brake pedal assembly (25), check that there is
approximately 2 to 5 mm of free play before braking action starts,
as shown in box (W).
Checks
Check that if operating on the brake lever (25) there are no
interferences with other organs near it and that brakes work
correctly.
Moreover, check that brake lever operation corresponds to a
correct lighting of the rear stop light and that it turns off when the
lever is released.
Warning
At each adjustment, check the compliance with what has been
explained in "CHECKS" chapter.
Warning
Before using the motorcycle, check that the position of pedals
and footpegs allows control correct operation under all riding
conditions.
