Montagem do grupo patim direito
Aplique Loctite 601 na rosca dos 2 parafusos (37).
Posicione o grupo placa porta-patim direita (23) na placa direita (R)
entrepondo os 2 espaçadores (28) e encoste os 2 parafusos (37).
Aperte os 2 parafusos (37) ao binário indicado.
Posicione a articulação direita (31) no reenvio (26) e encoste o
parafuso (38).
Pelo lado oposto, na saliência do parafuso (38), atarraxe a porca
(19) sem apertar.
Aperte o parafuso (38) ao binário indicado, segurando pelo lado
oposto, a porca (19).
Aplique Loctite 243 na rosca dos 2 parafusos (20).
Posicione o engate do patim regulável direito (24) na placa porta-
patim direita (23) e encoste os 2 parafusos (20).
Aperte os 2 parafusos (20) ao binário indicado.
Importante
Com base nas exigências de condução do condutor, é possível
montar o engate do patim regulável direito (24) na placa porta-
patim direita (23) na posição "baixa" utilizando os furos inferiores
(23A) e na posição "alta" utilizando os furos superiores (23B),
como indicado na figura (V).
Convém manter a mesma "Posição do patim" em ambos os lados
da moto.
Regule o pino de afinação (N1) colocando-o na quota indicada na
figura (U).
Aperte a porca (N2) ao binário indicado.
Atuando no grupo pedal do travão traseiro (25), verifique se este
apresenta uma folga de, aproximadamente, 2÷5 mm antes de
iniciar a ação de travagem, como mostrado na figura (W).
Verificações
Verifique se ao acionar a alavanca do travão (25) não existam
interferências com outros órgãos nas imediações e que a operação
de travagem seja corretamente efetuada.
Verifique também se ao acionar a alavanca do travão exista a
correta permissão para o acendimento do farol traseiro e a não
permissão durante a etapa de libertação da alavanca do travão.
Atenção
Toda vez que for feita uma nova regulação, ocorre efetuar
um controlo que atenda o quanto mostrado no capítulo
"VERIFICAÇÕES" .
Atenção
Antes de utilizar a moto, verifique se a posição dos pedais e dos
patins permite utilizar corretamente os comandos em todas as
condições de condução.

Assembling RH footpeg assembly
Apply Loctite 601 on the thread of no.2 screws (37).
Position RH footpeg holder plate assembly (23) on RH plate (R)
placing no.2 spacers (28) in-between, and start no.2 screws (37) in
their threads.
Tighten the no.2 screws (37) to the specified torque.
Position LH joint (31) on transmission (26) starting screw (38) in its
thread.
On the opposite side, screw without tightening nut (19) on screw
(38) projection.
Tighten screw (38) to the specified torque, while holding nut (19)
on the opposite side.
Apply Loctite 243 on the thread of no.2 screws (20).
Position RH adjustable footpeg mounting (24) on the RH footpeg
holder plate (23) and start no.2 screws (20) in their thread.
Tighten the no.2 screws (20) to the specified torque.
Caution
According to the rider needs, it is possible to mount the RH
adjustable footpeg mounting (24) on the RH footpeg holder plate
(23) either in "low" position using the lower holes (23A), and in
"high" position using upper holes (23B), as indicated in figure (V).
You should set the same "Footpeg position" on both sides of
vehicle.
Adjust the adjuster dowel (N1) bringing it to the distance indicated
in figure (U).
Tighten nut (N2) to the specified torque.
Working on rear brake pedal assembly (25), check that there is
approximately 2 to 5 mm of free play before braking action starts,
as shown in box (W).
Checks
Check that if operating on the brake lever (25) there are no
interferences with other organs near it and that brakes work
correctly.
Moreover, check that brake lever operation corresponds to a
correct lighting of the rear stop light and that it turns off when the
lever is released.
Warning
At each adjustment, check the compliance with what has been
explained in "CHECKS" chapter.
Warning
Before using the motorcycle, check that the position of pedals
and footpegs allows control correct operation under all riding
conditions.
