Montaggio gruppo supporto pompa freno posteriore
Applicare Loctite 243 sul filetto delle n.2 viti originali (C).
Posizionare il piastrino coprifori destro (5) sul supporto radiatori (F)
e impuntare le n.2 viti (C).
Serrare le n.2 viti (C) alla coppia indicata.
Posizionare il connettore (P3) tra il bordo inferiore del supporto
radiatori (F) e la cover inferiore destra, come mostrato in figura (T).
Montare l'interruttore freno posteriore (P), orientandolo come
mostrato in figura, sul gruppo supporto pompa freno (27),
inserendone i n.2 pioli (P2) negli appositi fori.
Introdurre il cablaggio (P1) all'interno del passacavo (34).
Inserire la vite (35) sul passacavo (34), dal lato indicato.
Applicare Loctite 243 sul filetto della vite (35).
Posizionare il passacavo (34) sul gruppo supporto pompa freno (27)
e impuntare la vite (35).
Orientare il passacavo (34) come mostrato in figura e,
mantenendolo in posizione, serrare la vite (35) alla coppia indicata.
Posizionare il gruppo supporto pompa freno (27) sui fori (F2) del
supporto radiatori (F) e impuntare le n.2 viti (36) con frenafiletti
preapplicato.
Serrare le n.2 viti (36) alla coppia indicata.
Applicare LOCTITE 243 sul filetto delle n.2 viti (G1).
Applicare grasso bianco sullo stelo dell'asta (G5) e inserirla
all'interno della pompa freno (G), come mostrato in figura e
impuntare le n.2 viti (G1).
Serrare le n.2 viti (G1) alla coppia indicata.

Assembling the rear brake master cylinder support
assembly
Apply Loctite 243 on the thread of no.2 original screws (C).
Position the RH hole covering plate (5) on the radiator support (F)
and start no.2 screws (C) in their threads.
Tighten the no.2 screws (C) to the specified torque.
Position connector (P3) between the lower edge of radiator
support (F) and RH lower cover, as shown in the figure (T).
Fit the rear brake switch (P), aiming it as shown in the figure, on
the brake master cylinder support assembly (27), inserting the no.2
pins (P2) in the relevant holes.
Route the wiring (P1) inside cable ring (34).
Insert screw (35) on cable ring (34), from the indicated side.
Apply Loctite 243 on screw thread (35).
Set cable ring (34) on brake master cylinder support assembly (27)
and start screw (35) in its thread.
Aim the cable ring (34) as shown in the figure and by holding it in
the right position tighten screw (35) to the specified torque.
Position brake master cylinder support assembly (27) on holes (F2)
of radiator support (F) and start no.2 screws (36) with pre-applied
threadlocker in their threads.
Tighten the no.2 screws (36) to the specified torque.
Apply LOCTITE 243 on the thread of no.2 screws (G1).
Apply white grease on rod (G5) and fit it inside brake master
cylinder (G) as shown in the figure and start no.2 screws (G1).
Tighten no.2 screws (G1) to the specified torque.
