Pré-montagem do grupo de suporte da bomba do travão
esquerdo
Monte o casquilho (39) no furo do reenvio (26), centrando-o em
relação à sede, como mostrado no quadro.
Aplique massa lubrificante branca no interior do casquilho (39), nos
2 OR (12) e no perno (15) excluindo a parte roscada.
Introduza o primeiro anel OR (12) no perno (15).
Insira o perno (15) no reenvio (26) até ao fundo, verificando se o
anel OR (12) está corretamente posicionado na sede de reenvio
(26).
Pelo lado oposto, introduza o segundo anel OR (12) na sede do
reenvio (26) e insira na extremidade do perno (15) a anilha (18).
Introduza o espaçador original (L6) no parafuso original (L5),
direcionando-o como mostrado na figura.
Insira o olhal da haste (G2) no espaçador (L6).
Aplique LOCTITE 243 na saliência roscada do parafuso (L5).
Encoste o parafuso (L5) no reenvio (26).
Aperte o parafuso (L5) ao binário indicado.
Monte a mola original (S) no reenvio (26), direcionando-a como
mostrado na figura, inserindo a extremidade (S1) no canal do
espaçador (L6).
Posicione o grupo reenvio (26) pré-montado no suporte da bomba
do travão (27), inserindo a extremidade (S2) da mola no furo (27A)
e encoste o perno (15).
Aperte o perno (15) ao binário indicado.
Desaperte a porca original (G4) na haste (G5).
Regule a haste (G5) até obter a quota indicada no quadro.
Mantendo a haste (G5) bloqueada, encoste a porca (G4) até ao
fundo na articulação e aperte-a ao binário indicado.
Atarraxe o pino de afinação original (N1) no reenvio (26),
direcionando-o como mostrado na figura.
Pelo lado oposto, na saliência do pino de afinação (N1), atarraxe a
porca original (N2) sem apertar.

Pre-assembling the rear brake master cylinder support
assembly
Fit bushing (39) in the hole of transmission (26), centring it with
respect to the seat as shown in the box.
Apply white grease inside bushing (39), on no.2 O-rings (12) and on
pin (15), except on the threaded part.
Insert the first O-ring (12) on pin (15).
Insert pin (15) fully home against transmission (26), checking that
O-ring (12) is correctly positioned in the seat of transmission (26).
On the opposite side, insert the second O-ring (12) in the seat of
transmission (26) and insert washer (18) on the end of pin (15).
Insert original spacer (L6) on original screw (L5), aiming it as
shown in the figure.
Insert rod eyelet (G2) on spacer (L6).
Apply LOCTITE 243 on screw (L5) threaded projection.
Start screw (L5) on transmission (26).
Tighten screw (L5) to the specified torque.
Fit original spring (S) on transmission (26), aiming it as shown in
the figure, by inserting end (S1) in spacer (L6) groove.
Position the transmission assembly (26), which was pre-assembled
on the brake master cylinder support (27), and insert spring end
(S2) in hole (27A) and start pin (15) in the hole.
Tighten pin (15) to the specified torque.
Loosen original nut (G4) on rod (G5).
Adjust rod (G5) until reaching the distance indicated in the box.
Hold rod (G5), take nut (G4) fully home against the joint and tighten
it to the specified torque.
Screw the original adjuster dowel (N1) on transmission (26), aiming
it as shown in the figure.
On the opposite side, screw without tightening the original nut
(N2) on adjuster dowel (N1) projection.
