Premontaggio gruppo piastra portapedana sinistra
Inserire la molla (14), orientandola come mostrato in figura,
all'interno della pedana (3).
Montare la pedana (3) sull'attacco pedana regolabile sinistro (2),
avendo cura di introdurre l'estremità (14A) della molla all'interno
del foro (2A).
Inserire il perno pedana (7) dal lato indicato e bloccarlo, sul lato
opposto, con l'anello di sicurezza (1).
Montaggio gruppo pedana sinistra
Applicare Loctite 243 sul filetto delle n.2 viti originali (C).
Posizionare il piastrino coprifori sinistro (4) sul supporto radiatori (F)
e impuntare le n.2 viti (C).
Serrare le n.2 viti (C) alla coppia indicata.
Applicare Loctite 243 sul filetto della vite (6A).
Applicare Loctite 601 sul filetto della vite (6B).
Posizionare la piastra portapedana sinistra (16) sulla piastra sinistra
(J) interponendo sul foro anteriore il distanziale (9) e sul foro
posteriore il distanziale (10), come mostrato in figura e impuntare
le n.2 viti (6A) e (6B).
Serrare le n.2 viti (6A) e (6B) alla coppia indicata.
Applicare grasso bianco all'interno del foro gruppo leva cambio
(13), sui n.2 OR (12) e sul perno (15) escludendo la parte filettata.
Introdurre il primo anello OR (12) sul perno (15).
Inserire il perno (15) nella leva cambio premontata (13) fino a
battuta, controllando che l'anello OR (12) sia correttamente
posizionato nella sede della leva cambio (13).
Dal lato opposto, sull'estremità del perno (15), introdurre il secondo
anello OR (12) e la rosetta (18).
Posizionare il gruppo leva cambio (13) sulla piastra portapedana
sinistra (16), fasando la levetta rinvio cambio (17) con l'albero
millerighe (I) e impuntare il perno (15).
Serrare il perno (15) alla coppia indicata.
Applicare Loctite 243 sul filetto della vite (22).
Impuntare la vite (22) sulla levetta rinvio cambio (17).
Serrare la vite (22) alla coppia indicata
Applicare Loctite 243 sul filetto delle n.2 viti (20).
Posizionare l'attacco pedana regolabile sinistro (2) sulla piastra
portapedana sinistra (16) e impuntare le n.2 viti (20).
Serrare le n.2 viti (20) alla coppia indicata.
Importante
In base alle esigenze di guida del pilota è possibile montare
l'attacco pedana regolabile sinistro (2) sulla piastra portapedana
sinistra (16) in posizione "bassa" utilizzando i fori inferiori (16A) e in
posizione "alta" utilizzando i fori superiori (16B), come indicato in
figura (K).
È opportuno mantenere la stessa "Posizione pedana" in entrambi i
lati del motoveicolo.
Verifiche
Verificare che azionando la leva cambio non ci siano interferenze
con altri organi nelle immediate vicinanze e che vengano
correttamente eseguite le operazioni di "cambiata" sia in fase di
scalata che in fase di immissione marcia.

LH footpeg holder plate unit pre-assembly
Fit spring (14), positioning it as shown in the figure, inside footpeg
(3).
Mount footpeg (3) on the LH adjustable footpeg mounting (2),
paying attention to insert end (14A) of the spring inside hole (2A).
Insert footpeg pin (7) from the indicated side and lock it with the
safety ring (1) on the opposite side.
Assembling the LH footpeg assembly
Apply Loctite 243 on the thread of no.2 original screws (C).
Position the LH hole covering plate (4) on the radiator support (F)
and start no.2 screws (C) in their threads.
Tighten the no.2 screws (C) to the specified torque.
Apply Loctite 243 on the thread of screw (6A).
Apply Loctite 601 on the thread of screw (6B).
Position LH footpeg holder plate (16) on LH plate (J) placing spacer
(9) on front hole and spacer (10) on rear hole, as shown in the
figure and start no.2 screws (6A) and (6B) in their threads.
Tighten no.2 screws (6A) and (6B) to the specified torque.
Apply white grease inside gearchange lever assembly hole (13), on
no.2 O-rings (12) and on pin (15), except on the threaded part.
Insert the first O-ring (12) on pin (15).
Insert pin (15) fully home in pre-assembled gearchange lever (13),
checking that O-ring (12) is correctly positioned in the seat of
gearchange lever (13).
On the opposite side, insert the second O-ring (12) and washer
(18) on pin (15) end.
Position gearchange lever assembly (13) on LH footpeg holder
plate (16) aligning gearchange transmission lever (17) with splined
shaft (I) and start pin (15) in its seat.
Tighten pin (15) to the specified torque.
Apply Loctite 243 on screw thread (22).
Start screw (22) on gearchange transmission lever (17).
Tighten screw (22) to the specified torque.
Apply Loctite 243 on the thread of no.2 screws (20).
Position LH adjustable footpeg mounting (2) on the LH footpeg
holder plate (16) and start no.2 screws (20).
Tighten the no.2 screws (20) to the specified torque.
Caution
According to the rider needs, it is possible to mount the LH
adjustable footpeg mounting (2) on the LH footpeg holder plate
(16) either in "low" position using the lower holes (16A), or in "high"
position using upper holes (16B), as indicated in figure (K).
You should set the same "Footpeg position" on both sides of
vehicle.
Checks
Check that if operating the gear lever there are no interferences
with other organs near it and that all gears (up and down) correctly.
