To clear the main menu
Select MENU OFF using B, V, b or v, then press
ENTER. The main menu disappears and the time
(date, time, camera number) is displayed on the
monitor. Pressing ENTER returns to the main menu.

Operating the Menu

You can also operate the menu from the Remote
Commander RM-R500 (supplied with PMS-500P).
For details on Remote Commander operation, see pages 3-8
(GB) and 3-9 (GB).
Basic menu operations are described below.

Press ENTER to display the main menu.

Press , , or to move the cursor to the menu
item you want to set, then press ENTER.
A menu for the selected item appears.

Notes
• You can set a password to prevent unauthorized
personnel from accidentally changing the SETTING
menu settings. If a password has already been set, the
password screen appears.
For details on password, see "PASSWORD" on page 2-3
(GB).
• If you select the SETTING menu, the system asks
you if you want to change a setting. To change a
setting, move the cursor to <OK> and press ENTER.

Press V or v to move the cursor to the desired one,
then press ENTER.

After setting the item, Press V or v to move the
cursor to <OK> and press ENTER.
The system returns to the original menu.
If you select <OK>:
Menu selection: Goes to the selected menu.
Item selection: Registers the setting and returns to
the previous menu.
If you select <EXIT>:
Returns to the previous menu.
If you select <CANCEL>:
Aborts the setting and returns to the previous menu.
If you select <>>:
Displays the list on the previous page.
If you select <.>:
Displays the list on the next page.
