Operation During Communication
P I/O (Parallel Input/Output)
You can set the bit value of the RELAY OUT port.
(The illustration below is for selecting LOCAL P I/O.)

Move the cursor to the port to be set using V or v.

Set the bit value (ON (on), RST (reset)).

After setting the bit value, move the cursor to
<OK> and press ENTER.
The setting is registered and the main menu
appears.
Note
You cannot change the setting of the RELAY OUT
port which has been set to INPUT-NO or INPUT-NC
in P I/O in the SIO PIO CONTROL menu.

(GB).

Remote Menu Items

A-RESET (Alarm Reset)
You can reset the remote site operation when an alarm
is input. While the camera tour for the alarm input is
operating, if you select the A-RESET, the camera tour
for the alarm input stops, then the camera tour for
normal setting starts.
PICTURE
You can change the quality of the picture (4 levels)
sent from the remote site.
The current picture quality setting is displayed in the
lower-left corner of the main manu.
Each time you press ENTER, the picture quality
setting is changed as follows.

FINE: Gives picture quality more preference than
picture motion.
NORMAL: Middle setting between FINE and FAST.
FAST: Gives picture motion more preference than
picture quality.
Note
When the QUAD image or the PRE/POST ALARM
REC image is on display, you cannot select 4CIF.
4CIF
You can receive one still image.
Move the cursor to <RECEIVE>, then press ENTER.
The system starts receiving the still image.
If you want to receive another still image, select
<NEXT>, otherwise select <EXIT>.
4CIF...
You can receive consecutive still images.
The system starts receiving the still images.
If you select <EXIT>, the system finishes receiving the
still images.
At that time, the picture quality setting is set to be
4CIF. Select REMOTE PICTURE to change the
picture quality setting to FINE, NORMAL or FAST.
