Turning the Monitoring Codec Off

Press the POWER switch.
The Monitoring Codec is turned off and the POWER
lamp goes off.
Cautions
• Do not turn off the power when you are setting an
item in the SETTING menu. It may damage the data
registered.
• You may not be able to use the line temporarily if
you turn off the power during communications.

Using the Menu

Display the menu on the monitor to operate the
Monitoring Codec.
Note
Any menu items that are not available are grayed out
and cannot be selected.
To display the main menu
On-line: Press ENTER on the Monitoring Codec or
Remote Commander.
Off-line: Select <EXIT> in the DIAL LIST menu
and press ENTER.

Displays the current settings.
LOCAL column: contains items which can be set for
the local site.
REMOTE column: contains items which can be set
