WEEK
Select the week (1ST, 2ND, 3RD, 4TH or LST (last
week of the month)) using B or b, move the cursor to
the day of the week using v.
Select the day of the week (SUN, MON, TUE, WED,
THU, FRI or SAT) using B or b, then move the cursor
to MONTH using v.
MONTH
Set the month (01, 02, 03, 04..., 12 for January,
February, March, April..., December) using B or b,
then move the cursor to TIME using v.
TIME
Set the hour (01, 02, 03, 04..., 22) using B or b, then
move the cursor to minute using v.
Set the minute (00, 01, 02, 03..., 59) using B or b, then
move the cursor to WEEK in the END column using
v.
Note
The hour can only be set between 01 and 22.
END: Set the end date and time of Daylight Savings.
Set WEEK, MONTH and TIME the same way as
the beginning of date and time of Daylight
Savings.

V35 COMMUNICATION
Menu
When your country or region has a 56 Kbps line speed,
set the MODE to 56K.
When you connect via the V.35 interface, set MODE,
the number of channels and speed.

MODE: Select the transfer rate (56K or 64K). If you
are connecting the system to a country or area that
uses a 56Kbps transfer rate, select 56K.
V35 PORT: Select the number of V.35 port
channels. If you use only the A port, select
SINGLE. If you use both the A and B ports, select
DUAL.
RATE: Select the V.35 interface transfer speed. This
item is available only if you have selected
SINGLE in the V35 PORT. When the MODE is
56K, you can select the speed (56, 112, 168, 224,
280 or 336). When the MODE is 64K, you can
select the speed (64, 128, 192, 256, 320 or 384).
Notes
• When you connect via the V.35 interface, a terminal
adaptor is required.
• When you connect via the V.35 interface, you need to
set the line speed of the local site and the remote site
to the same speed.
• Turn on the terminal adaptor after turning on the
Monitoring Codec.
