How to Scan Film and Print

This section describes how to scan a picture from film as
image data and then print it.
Selecting the Scanner as the Input Device

Touch the screen once.
The media selection screen is displayed.

Touch [FILM].
Note
The following buttons are available for this screen
and the screens that follow. Touch the buttons when
required.
• If you touch the [Start Over] button, a message
prompts you to confirm that you want to
completely cancel the current operation and
return to the start screen. If you touch the [OK]
button, the display returns to the screen in Step 1
of "Select the Scanner as the Input Device".
• [Return]. Touch to return to the previous screen.
• [Help]. Touch to display online Help for a
description of procedures applicable to the
current screen.
Selecting the Output Service
Touch the appropriate button to select the output service.
For details, see "Output Services" (page 34).
For example, touch [Prints (3.5 × 5)].
The Job ID screen is displayed.
Entering the Job ID
The Job ID is the processing number attached to the
film. If you want, you can forego inputting the Job ID.

If necessary, touch the number keys to enter the Job
ID.
Note
The Job ID has a maximum length of eight
characters.

Touch the [Enter] button.
A screen to make film type settings is displayed.
