[Sound] button
You can make settings for the sound emitted when you
touch the buttons on the screen. Touch this button to
display the screen for making sound settings.
• [Volume] button
You can activate or deactivate the sounds emitted
when you touch screen buttons.
When this setting is [1], beeps are emitted every time
that you touch buttons. Touch this button to toggle the
setting to [1] (sounds are emitted) or [0] (mute).
[Print spooler] button
Touch this button to display the [Setting - Function -
Print spooler] screen and make image data print settings.
• [ON/OFF] button
You can perform other operations when image data is
being printed when this setting is [ON]. Touch this
button to toggle the setting [ON] (you can perform
other operations when image data is being printed) or
[OFF] (other operations inhibited when image data is
being printed).
• [Error message window]
You can make settings for the error messages
displayed when the [ON/OFF] button is [ON] and
print errors occur. Touch this button to toggle the
setting [ON] (messages are displayed when errors
occur) or [OFF] (messages are displayed in the initial
screen).
• [Roll over]
You can select the operation method when multiple
printers are connected to the unit and the same paper
size is set in all printers. Touch this button to toggle the
setting [ON] (each print request is output by different
printers) or [OFF] (individual print requests are output
in parallel on multiple printers).

• Touch the [OK] button to temporarily save the settings
that you made. To confirm the settings, touch the [OK]
button repeatedly until the screen prompting you to
confirm whether you want to save the settings appears,
then touch the [OK] button to close the configuration
screen.
• Touch the [Cancel] button to ignore the modifications
that you made and restore the previous settings. If you
touch this button on the screen that appears
immediately after you touch one of the tabs, all the
settings that you have made on that tab are ignored,
and the screen returns to the password entry screen.

[Setting - Price] Screen

Touch the [Price] tab to open the [Setting - Price] screen
where you can set the various output service prices and
the currency used by the system.
[Price] button
Touch this button to open the [Setting - Price - Price]
screen and set the price for each output service.
• [Initial Fee] button
Set the base fee to be added to the selected service.
Touch this button to open the screen where the base
fee can be entered (range: 0 to 999.99).
