Perform one of the following procedures.
• To print an index of stored image data
Steps 1 and 2 of "Inserting the Media" (page 7),
then continue to Step 3 of this procedure.
• To print an index of scanned photographs
Steps 1 through 5 of "Loading the Originals in the
Scanner" (page 13), then continue to Step 4 of
this procedure.
• To print an index of pictures scanned from film
Step 1 of "Entering the Job ID" (page 19) to Step
6 of "Scanning the Film" (page 22), then
continue to Step 4 of this procedure.

Touch the images that you want to include in the
index.
To cancel the selection, touch the image again. To
select all of the images, touch the [Select All/
Deselect All] button. To select or deselect more
than one image (but not all), touch them
individually, one at a time.
If all the images cannot be displayed on one screen
page, touch the [b] or [B] button to display more
pages.
Note
If the data on the media that you inserted in the unit
contains unsupported files formats and/or
unreadable files, they are represented by the
following icon and cannot be selected.

Touch the [OK] button.
The screen allowing you to confirm prices is
displayed.
Perform one of the following procedures.
• To print an index of stored image data
Step 1 of "Confirming Prices, Entering
Passwords" (page 9)
• To print an index of scanned photographs
Step 1 of "Confirming Prices, Entering
Passwords" (page 15)
• To print an index of pictures scanned from film
Step 1 of "Confirm Prices and Output" (page 24)
Printing an Index when Outputting
Images
To print an index, touch the [Add Index Print] button in
the screen used to specify the number of copies to print.
For details, see "Selecting the Images and Specifying
the Number of Copies to Print" (page 8), Step 2, or
"Specifying the Number of Copies to Print" (pages 14
and 23), Step 1.
When the system is set to print an index, the [Add Index
Print] button is highlighted.
To cancel index printing, touch the [Add Index Print]
button again.
Next perform one of the following procedures:
• To print stored image data
Step 1 of "Selecting the Images and Specifying the
Number of Copies to Print" (page 8)
• To scan a photograph and print
Step 1 of "Specifying the Number of Copies to Print"
(page 14)
• To scan a film and print
Step 1 of "Specifying the Number of Copies to Print"
(page 23)
