• [Digital Media] button
With this setting [ON] when image data saved on
storage medium is output, a copyright and backup
message for the image is displayed. Touch this button
to toggle the setting [ON] (message display) or [OFF]
(no message display).
• [CD] button
With this message [ON] when image data stored on a
CD-ROM or CD-R is output, copyright message for
the image is displayed. Touch this button to toggle the
setting [ON] (message display) or [OFF] (no message
display).
• [FlatbedScanner] button
With this message [ON] when a photograph is scanned
and output, a copyright message for the photograph is
displayed. Touch this button to toggle the setting [ON]
(message display) or [OFF] (no message display).
• [3.5 × 5], [4 × 6], [5 × 7], [6 × 8], [8 × 10/8 × 12]
buttons
When printing images stored on a medium, a warning
message is displayed if the pixels on the short side of
the selected image are smaller than the previous
selection. In this case, you can set the standard number
of pixels displayed by the message. Touch the button
for the size you want to select to open the screen, then
enter the number (range: 0 to 9999).
[Log] button
Touch to open the [Setting - Other - Log] screen and save
or delete the sales records on storage media or print it.
• [Sales log] button
Touch this button to open the [Setting - Other - Log -
Sales log] screen where you can save and/or delete
transaction records.
– [Save] button
Touch this button to open the screen and save the
sales transactions records. Follow the instructions
on the screen to complete the operation.

Note
When this operation is performed, the records are
stored on the floppy disk as a text (*.txt) file.
– [Delete] button
Touch this button to open the screen and confirm
deletion of the sales records stored in the main unit.
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the
operation.
[Setting] button
Touch to open the [Setting - Other - Setting] screen to
reinitialize the configuration screen settings, as well as
import or export configuration screen settings.
• [Initialize] button
When you touch this button a message asking you to
confirm that you want to revert to the default settings
is displayed. Follow the instructions on the screen to
perform the operation.
• [Import] button
Touch this button to display the setting import screen.
Follow the instructions on the screen to perform the
operation.

Before performing this operation, be sure to touch the
[Export] button and save the setting file (*.ini) on a
floppy disk.
• [Export] button
Touch this button to display the setting export screen.
