Touch the button for the printer connected to the main
unit ([UP-DR100], [UP-D70A], or [DPP-EX5]), to
display a screen that allows you to change the current
settings for that printer.
• [ON/OFF] button
When a printer is connected to the main unit, this
button is set to [ON]. Touching this button toggles the
setting between [ON] and [OFF].
• [Color] button (not present if you touch [DPP-EX5])
Touch this button to open the screen and change the
color adjustment parameters. The values of the
settings below select the default for color adjustment
of printed images.
– [Red], [Green], [Blue] buttons
Adjust the color level for each primary color in the
range -32 to +32. Touch the button of the color to
adjust, then touch the [+] or [-] button to change the
value of the number.
– [Dark], [Light] buttons
Adjust the gradation of dark and bright image areas
in the range -32 to +32. Touch the button for the item
to adjust, then touch the [+] or [-] button to change
the value of the number.
– [Gamma] button
Adjusts the density of the color gradient in the range
-32 to +32. Touch the [+] or [-] button to change the
value of the number.
– [Sharpness] button
Adjusts the boundaries between different colors in
the range 0 to 3. Touch this button, then touch the [+]
or [-] button to change the value of the number.
• [VersionUp] button (present only if you touch
[UP-DR100])
This function updates the firmware of the UP-DR100
connected to the UPA-PC105 to the most recent
version.
After you touch this button, a message prompts you to
confirm that you want to update the UP-DR100
firmware. Touch the [OK] button and then follow the
instructions on the screen to perform the procedure.
Note
After the version update is completed, be sure to turn
off all UP-DR100s connected to the UPA-PC105 and
the UPA-PC105 itself, then turn the equipment on
again.
Version Updates
The following notices apply to each FIRMWARE
PROGRAM supplied by Sony Corporation
(hereinafter referred to as Sony). Please read the
following before updating the firmware.
By updating the firmware, you accept to the following
terms and conditions.
– Execute the update procedure carefully. Failure to
update the firmware properly could cause the
equipment to malfunction.
– Sony shall not be liable for any damages or losses
caused by a procedural error by the customer during
the firmware update.
– Cost to repair damage to the product caused by
updating the firmware incorrectly shall be borne by
the customer, even if the product is still under
warranty.
– Sony authorized service facilities provide firmware
update assistance on request for a fee. If you require
assistance, please contact your dealer or any Sony
authorized service facility.
• [Size] button (not present if you touch [DPP-EX5])
Use this screen to set the print size of the UP-D70A
printer. Touching this button toggles the setting
between [8 × 10] and [8 × 12].
Note
Use print pack UPC-747 when you select [8 × 12].
