Commissioning

4.1

Unpacking

1. Remove the steel bands and fasteners.
2. Carefully lift off the packaging.
3. Remove the accessories and packaging material
from the packaging unit.

Check that the WBE 4510 and the accessories are in
proper working order and that there are no visible
signs of component damage. In case of doubt, do
not start up the unit and consult customer service.

Set-up

1. Slacken off the four bolts with which the WBE 4510
is attached to the pallet.
2. Remove the cover from the tray and screw the eye-
bolt fully into the hole.
3. Attach straps to the 3 eye-bolts.

Risk of injury due to WBE 4510 falling down.

Check lifting straps for physical damage
before attaching.

Tighten lifting straps uniformly.

Lift WBE 4510 carefully.
4. Use a crane to lift the WBE 4510. Set up the unit in
the intended area, paying attention to the specified
minimum distances.

For safe and ergonomical operation, it is advisable to
set up the WBE 4510 at a distance of approx. 0.5 m
from the nearest wall.
5. Fasten the WBE 4510 to the floor at a minimum of
3 points.
