WARNING
Risk of pinching due to exposed pinch points in the seat
adjustment area
„ Note that when manual seat options are used, inherent
pinch and shear points are locatedbetween the seat
frame and the power wheelchair frame.
„ Ensure that no body parts, such as hands or feet, are
in the danger area while manual seatoptions are used.
„ Ensure that no interfering objects, such as clothing or
other obstacles, are in the dangerarea while manual
seat options are used.
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to unsecured screw connections. Af-
ter loosening screw connections with thread lock, replace
these screw connections with new ones or secure them
with medium-strength thread lock substance (e.g. Euro-
Lock A24.20).
After the power wheelchair has been set and adjusted, the
attachment screws and/or nuts must be firmly retightened.
During tightening observe torques when specified.

used. The optional components may be mounted only as
described here. Failure to comply will void the warranty.

INFORMATION
In case of power wheelchairs which feature gas compres-
sion springs, attention must be paid to oil leaking from the
piston rod. Leakages reduce the functional capabilities of
the gas compression springs and result in their failure.
Defective gas compression springs (e. g. due to scratches
or damage to the piston rod caused by impact; deformati-
on of the cylinder tube) must be replaced immediately.
Piston rods do not require lubrication. They are mainte-
nance-free.
The power wheelchair has been designed as a modular sys-
tem. Certain component groups can be exchanged and
other accessory components can be added to the power
