6.1.2 Seat angle
CAUTION
Risk of injury as a result of improper adjustment. During
seat angle adjustments the user must not sit in the
wheelchair. Ensure the quick release levers are snugly
tightened after all seat angle adjustments!
The power wheelchair offers seat angle settings in three diffe-
rent positions (0°, 3° and 6°). For setting the position, two
quick release levers are used which are located at the front
below the seat.
To change the seat angle, loosen the two quick release levers
(see Fig. 9). Adjust the desired seat angle by simultaneously lif-
ting the seat slightly and pushing the brackets to the rear. En-
sure that the brackets completely engage in the new position.
6.1.3 Side panel with armrest
The side panels can be removed by loosening the thumb
screws and lifting the side panels (Fig. 13). The thumb
screws are located at the lower end of the armrest holders
(Fig. 13, item A).

Both side panels can be removed, however, only the side wi-
thout the control panel can be removed directly. Before re-
moving the side panel on the side with control panel, the
control panel must be removed (see section 6.1.4).
The height of the armrest can be adjusted by loosening the
set screw at the upper end of the armrest holder (Fig. 13,
item B). Ensure the set screw is firmly retightened after ma-
king any adjustments.
