STABIL
IZZAZIONE
È possibile lavorare con la gru
solamente quando gli stabilizzatori
sono piazzati correttamente.
È obbligatorio agire sempre
s
ui comandi che si trovano sul lato
ove si opera.
ASTE STABILIZZATRICI CON
ESTENSIONE MANUALE
E
seguire le seguenti operazioni:
1) Blo
ccare le ruote con apposite zeppe
(vedi §A.1.6).
2) sbloccare il congegno di arresto trave
c
on leva A (vedi §B.4.5).
3) con una mano tenere sollevato
l'arresto trave a molla M, con l'altra far
fuoriuscire l'asta di qualche centimetro
impugnando l'apposita maniglia H.
4) Rimettere in posizione di blocco il
congegno arresto trave con leva (B) ed
estrarre completamente l'asta.
In questa posizione devono essere
visibili
i
segnali
di
(vedi §A.1.6) e il perno dell'arresto trave
deve
essere
perfettamente
nell'asta.
5) Ruotare i cilindri stabilizzatori in
posizione verticale verso il basso,
inserire il perno di bloccaggio P.

xecute the following procedure:
1) Bl
ock the wheels with suitable
wedges (see §A.1.6).
2) Release the stabilizer beam lock with

ever A (see §B.4.5).

3) Keep the M beam stop pin lifted with
one hand and with the other one make
the
beam
centimeters,
handle H.
4) Put the beam lock with lever back in
the locked position (B) and fully extend
the beam.
In this position the limit stop signals

must be visible (see §A.1.6) and the
lock pin of must be perfectly inserted in

5) Turn down the cylinder legs into

Die Kranarbeit ist nur dann
erlaubt,
wenn
die
Abstützungen
richtig angeordnet sind.
Die Steuerhebel immer auf der
Seite benutzen, auf der auch die
Kranbewegung erfolgt.
ABSTÜTZSTANGEN MIT
MANUELLEM AUSFAHREN
D
as folgende Verfahren ausführen:
1) Die R
äder mit den entsprechenden
Keilen blockieren (siehe §A.1.6).
2) Das Stangensperrgetriebe mit Hebel
aufheben A (siehe §B.4.5).
3) Das Sperrgetrieb M mit einer Hand
halten und mit der anderen die Stange
einige
Zentimeter
angebrachten Handgriff H ausfahren.
4) Den Hebel des Sperrgetriebes in
Sperrposition wieder drehen (B) und die
Stange vollständig ausfahren. In dieser
Position die Endanschlagmarkierungen
sichtbar sein müssen (siehe §A.1.6) und
der Bolzen ordnungsgemäß in der
Stange eingesetzt sein muss.
5) Die Abstützbeine in vertikale Lage
nach
unten
drehen
