n) Switching the flashing LED indicator on/off
In normal mode, the code lock waits for the user code to be entered or for a signal from a
transponder. The "MAINS" LED flashes once every second to indicate that the lock is in normal
mode.
This LED indicator can be turned on or off as desired.
Follow the steps below:
• The code lock must be in programming mode (see section 12 a for details).
• Enter programming code
• Select the desired function:
LED indicator is switched off
LED indicator is switched on (default setting)
• Press the
button to confirm your entry. The code lock will beep twice and the "MAINS"
LED will flash two times to indicate that the setting has been saved.
o) Selecting the operating mode for the door opener button
By default, pressing the door opener button (if connected) activates output #1 on the code lock.
In some scenarios you may wish for there to be a delay between pressing the button and activat-
ing output #1 (for the connected door lock). For example, configuring a delay can prevent people
from leaving a room quickly.
The code lock will beep during the delay to indicate that the door opener button has been
pressed.
Important!
When you set a delay, people will not be able to leave the room quickly. This may
constitute a safety hazard in some scenarios (e.g. in the event of a fire).
Before setting a delay (disabled by default), ensure that you comply with all applicable
safety regulations in your country (e.g. the requirement to designate a second escape
route).
If in doubt, do not set a delay.
