11. "DAP" jumper

The "DAP" jumper (see position J in section 6) is located inside the code lock. Use the jumper
to enable programming mode if you cannot remember the master code.
By default, the master code is set to "0000".
Follow the steps below:
• Disconnect the code lock from the power supply.
• Remove the screw (F) on the bottom using a suitable screwdriver. Remove the code lock
from the mounting plate.
• Unscrew the four small Phillips screws on the back of the code lock (in each corner), and then
remove the cover. The circuit board and screw terminals should now be visible.
• Set the "DAP" jumper to the "ON" position.
• Connect the code lock to the power supply. The "MAINS" LED will flash and the code lock
will beep.
• Reset the jumper to the "OFF" position. The "MAINS" LED will stay constant.
• The code lock is now in programming mode.
• Place the cover in the correct position (the opening on the edge should face downwards)
and secure it to the code lock with four screws. Attach the code lock to the mounting plate.
Ensure that the cables are not pinched. Use the fastening screw to secure the code lock to
the mounting plate.
• Set a new master code.
• Press the button to exit programming mode. The "MAINS" LED will start to flash slowly
(normal mode).
The "DAP" jumper should only be used to enable programming mode if you have
forgotten the master code.
For security reasons, nothing will happen when the jumper is set to "ON" and the code
lock is switched on. Always remember to disconnect the code lock from the power
supply before enabling programming mode using the jumper.
