K "K OR A" jumper, switches between the fol-
lowing two functions:
1) "K" = Output to screw terminal 12 is
enabled for 10 seconds when a button is
pressed
2) "A" = Output to screw terminal 12 is ena-
bled when the door is forced open and a
door sensor is triggered
Screw terminals 1 + 2 ("TAMPER N.C."): Connection for tamper contact
This output can be connected to an alarm system to trigger a siren when there is an attempt to
tamper with the code lock.
The output is potential-free and works as an NC contact. The contact is interrupted when you
open the keypad housing (a small magnet in the wall holder controls the reed contact on the
circuit board).
The contact can carry voltages up to 24 V/DC, 50 mA.
Screw terminals 3 + 4 ("DOOR BELL N.O."): Connection for door bell
This is a potential-free NO relay contact (contact rating:
24 V/DC, 1 A) that functions as a switch output for a door
bell. It is activated when the "BELL" button is pressed.
Screw terminals 5 + 6 ("12 V DC"): Connection for the power supply
These terminals should be connected to the 12 V/DC power supply. Ensure that they are con-
nected in the correct polarity (screw terminal 5 = Plus/+, screw terminal 6 = minus/-/GND).
Ensure that the power supply provides a sufficient voltage for your connected devices (e.g.
door opener).
