Function 2: Permanently enable output #1
Output #1 is designed for a door opener. The superuser code can be used to permanently en-
able/disable output #1 (i.e. door opener).
Example: The Superuser-Code was set to "6789":
Output #1 will stay enabled (the "DOOR" LED stays constant) until you disable it using
the same code (the "DOOR" LED will turn off). This function can be used if you want
the door to remain open and no access control is required.
Other functions for output #1 (e.g. entering a user code to enable output #1) will not
be available during this time, and you will not be able to check the door sensor status
or use two code locks (see section 8. c).
We recommend that you only use this function in combination with a fail-safe door
opener.
Fail-safe door openers release the latch when the power supply stops delivering a
voltage (non-standard door opener type, used for emergency exit doors so that the
door opens in the event of a power cut).
Fail-secure door openers (releases the latch when a voltage is supplied) may over-
heat when output #1 is permanently enabled.
Function 3: Locking/releasing output #1
Output #1 can be temporarily locked to prevent it from being activated with a user code.
Example: The Superuser-Code was set to "6789":
The "DOOR" LED will turn red when output #1 is locked (the "MAINS" LED will flash to indicate
that the code lock is in normal mode).
Output #2 and #3 will not be affected and you can use the user codes as normal.
For safety reasons, output #1 can also be enabled by touching the door opener button
or entering the superuser code.
