SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

This product is intended for domestic use only and has been designed to ensure optimum safety.
The following rules must be observed:
1. Before you start working out, consult your doctor to ensure that there are no contraindications to using exercise equipment. This
is particularly important if you are taking medication that affects your heart, blood pressure or cholesterol levels. This is also
necessary for people over 35 and those with health problems.
2. Always warm up before exercising.
3. Pay attention to warning signs. Improper or excessive exercise can be dangerous to your health. If you experience pain, dizziness, chest
pain, an irregular heartbeat or other worrying symptoms while exercising, stop immediately and consult a doctor. Injuries can result from
improper or overly intense training.
4. Keep the training equipment out of the reach of children and animals during and after exercise.
5. Place the device on a dry, stable and properly levelled surface. Remove all sharp objects from the device's immediate vicinity. Protect it from
moisture and ensure the floor is level. To prevent the device from moving during exercise, it is recommended to use a special non-slip mat.
6. The free space should be at least 0.6 m and no greater than the training area in the directions in which the equipment is accessible. The free
space must also include space for an emergency descent. Where equipment is located next to each other, the size of the free space can be
reduced.
7. Before first use and at regular intervals, thereafter, ensure that all screws, bolts and other connections are secure.
8. Before starting exercise, ensure that all parts and connecting screws are secure. Training may only begin when the device is in full working
order.
9. The device should be regularly inspected for signs of wear and damage to ensure it meets safety requirements. Particular attention should
be paid to the foam handles, leg caps and upholstery, as these are the parts most likely to show wear. Any damaged parts must be repaired or
replaced immediately. Do not use the device for training until this has been done.
10. Do not insert any objects into the openings.
11. Take care to avoid contact with protruding adjustment devices and other structural elements that could interfere with exercise.
12. Only use the equipment for its intended purpose. If any part becomes damaged or worn, or if you hear any unusual noises while using the
equipment, stop exercising immediately. Do not use the equipment again until the problem has been rectified.
13. Wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes when exercising. Avoid loose clothing that could catch on any protruding parts of the
equipment or restrict your movement.
14. This equipment has been classified as SB according to EN ISO 20957-1 and is intended for home and commercial use. It must not
be used for therapeutic or rehabilitation purposes.
15. Maintain proper posture when lifting or moving the equipment to avoid injury to the spine.
16. This product is intended for adults only. Keep children away from the device when it is not being supervised.
17. When assembling the device, strictly follow the provided instructions and use only the included parts. Before starting the assembly process,
check that all of the parts listed in the included parts list are present.
