ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Step 1:
1) Attach the front stabiliser (3) and the rear stabiliser (2) to the main frame (1) using lock washers (7), Allen screws (9) and flat washers (13).
2) Attach the wheel covers to the front stabiliser.
3) Adjust the stabiliser height to prevent the bike from swaying during training.
Step 2:
1) We recommend that this step is performed by two people.
2) First, lift the steering column cover (64) (Fig. A), then connect the upper and lower intermediate cables in the steering column and the lower and
upper pulse measurement cables (46 & 47) as shown in Fig. B.
3) Place the steering column (5) on the main frame and secure it using lock washers (7), Allen screws (8) and flat washers (13). Replace the
steering column cover and ensure that all components are securely tightened to the main frame.
Step 3:
1) Connect the upper and lower computer cables (52A & 52B) and the upper pulse measurement cable (46) to the computer (60).
2) Mount the computer (60) to the handlebar post (5) using the screws (98).
3) Attach the left and right pedals (16 & 17) to the crank.
4) Mount the water bottle holder (97) on the handlebar post. Use the screws (98) for this purpose.
Step 4:
1) Secure the steering wheel (48) using Allen screws (8) and a bent washer (11).
2) Connect the lower pulse measurement cable (47) to the pulse measurement cable (49) as shown in Fig. A-1. Insert the cables into the hole as
shown in Fig. A-2. Finally, pull the cables through the hole in the plug (27) (Fig. A-3).
Step 5:
1) Mount the seat (42) onto the seat post using the Allen screws (9A) and flat washers (13).
2) Mount the backrest (38) using screws (120) and screw caps (121).
1. The backrest can be adjusted to different positions using the side knob.
2. The bike can be carried as shown in the picture.
