When the computer detects an RPM signal (RPM > 15), an audible signal will sound. All functions will be displayed on the LCD screen
(Figure A) for 2 seconds to enter the personal data configuration mode.

Press the UP or DOWN button to enter the following user data: sex, age and height (height) and weight (weight) for programmes U1 ~
U4. (Figure B ~ C. After configuring the user data, press the UP or DOWN button to display the main menu (Figure D).

The first mode, MANUAL, appears in the main menu - it flashes, press the UP and DOWN buttons to select MANUAL
PROGRAM (12 profiles) (FIGURES E & F) PROGRAM USER PROGRAM HRC WATT.

Quick start Manual:
Before training in MANUAL mode, you can set the target values for TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and PULSE.
Everything can be confirmed with the ENTER button. Once configured, you can also press the START/STOP button to immediately start
training in manual mode without setting any target values. During exercise, you can adjust the resistance level using UP or DOWN.

PROGRAM:
Press UP/DOWN to select a programme from the 12 profiles and press ENTER/MODE. Before training in Programme mode, you can set
a target value. You can adjust the resistance level during exercise using UP or DOWN.

H.R.C.:
Select H.R.C. mode and press the MODE button to enter the settings mode. The default value for age is 25 years. The following values
are available: H.R.C.55, H.R.C.75, H.R.C.90 and H.R.C. TAG; use the UP/DOWN button to select one of the programmes and press the
MODE button to confirm (Figures G & H). The values will be displayed in the column: PULSE and '55%', with the value assigned to the
age that has been set. To select H.R.C. TAG (press the MODE button to confirm your selection), the default pulse value '100' will flash,
then you can press UP/DOWN to set the target range from 30 to 230.

USER PROGRAM:
Press UP, DOWN, then MODE to create your own profile (from column 1 to column 20). If you press the MODE button for longer than 2
seconds, you can exit the profile settings. Before training, you can also set a target time. Press the START/STOP button to start training.
You can adjust the resistance level during exercise, then press UP or DOWN.
Press the START/STOP button to stop data counting. Press the RESET button to return to the main menu.

WATT:
When you select the WATT programme, the default setting is 120 watts, which will flash on the display.
Use the UP and DOWN buttons to set a value between 10 and 350. Press the MODE button to confirm. Use the up or down arrow to set
the time. Press the START/STOP button to begin your workout.
9.
BODY FAT:
9-1 In standby mode (STOP mode), press the BODY FAT button to start measuring body fat.
9-2 The user selection (U1 ~ U4) will flash for two seconds. The measurement will then start.
9-3 During measurement, keep both hands on the sensors. The LCD display will show '-' '-' for 8 seconds until the computer completes
the measurement.
9-4 The LCD display shows the body fat symbol, body fat percentage, and BMI for 30 seconds.
10. RECOVERY:
After a period of training, place your hands on the heart rate sensors or attach a chest strap. Once your heart rate has been detected,
press RECOVERY. All other functions will then turn off, except for 'TIME', which will count down from 00:60 to 00:00. The LCD will display
the 'heart rate recovery' status via F1, F2, and so on. F1 is the best and F6 is the worst.
You can continue training to increase your heart rate. Press RECOVERY again to return to the main screen.
ATTENTION
1. The computer is powered by a generator, so you need to maintain an RPM > 15 for the computer to remain on.
2. If no RPM signal is received after 90 seconds, the LCD display will turn off. When an RPM signal > 15 is received, the computer will restart.
In idle mode, it is used to confirm all settings and select a specific programme.
In idle mode, it allows you to return to the main menu.
Used to start or end a workout.
