not necessarily represent safe working values.
Although there is a correlation between emission lev-
els and exposure levels, it is not possible to reliably
determine whether additional protective measures will
be required or not based on this. Factors that could
influence the exposure level present at any given time
in the work area include the duration of exposure, the
nature of the working area, other noise sources etc.
e.g. the number of machines and neighbouring pro-
cesses. The permitted workstation values can also
vary from country to country. However, this informa-
tion should enable the operator to better evaluate the
hazards and risks.

8. Unpacking
• Open the packaging and carefully remove the de-
vice.
• Remove the packaging material, as well as the pack-
aging and transport safety devices (if present).
• Check whether the scope of delivery is complete.
• Check the device and accessory parts for transport
damage. In the event of complaints the carrier must
be informed immediately. Later claims will not be
recognised.
• If possible, keep the packaging until the expiry of the
warranty period.
• Familiarise yourself with the product by means of the
operating instructions before using for the first time.
• With accessories as well as wearing parts and re-
placement parts use only original parts. Replace-
ment parts can be obtained from your dealer.
• When ordering please provide our article number as
well as type and year of manufacture for your equip-
ment.

The device and the packaging material are not
children's toys! Do not let children play with plas-
tic bags, films or small parts! There is a danger of
choking or suffocating!

Assembly
Assembling the transport device, fig. 4-6
1.
Assemble the foot (16), the wheels (14) and the
transport handle (18) as shown in pictures 4-6.
2.
Assemble all parts before filling with fuel and oil
to avoid liquid spills.
3.
To mount the wheels, first push the wheel axle
(15) through the brackets on the underside of the
generator and mount the wheels (14) as shown
in Figure 4.
10. Commissioning
Attention! Fill the oil before first use.
Before each use, check the oil level with the engine
switched off and on a level surface. Use the highest
quality four-stroke oil or an HD oil with the same level
of quality.
SAE 10W-30 is recommended for general use at all
temperatures.
