3.3 Demontage der Armatur
Wenn Sie die Armatur zusammen mit dem Kugel-
#
hahn ausbauen möchten, stellen Sie bitte sicher,
dass der Prozess abgeschaltet ist und abgeschaltet
bleibt!
Wenn Sie die Armatur ohne den Kugelhahn aus-
#
bauen möchten, stellen Sie sicher, dass der Kugel-
hahn geschlossen ist und geschlossen bleibt!
1. Fahren Sie die Armatur in die Service Position.
2. Bei der Demontage der Armatur beachten
Sie bitte unbedingt die Sicherheitshinweise
in Kapitel 3.1. und reinigen Sie die Armatur
gemäß der Betriebsanleitung.
3. Bitte kennzeichnen Sie, falls erforderlich, alle vor-
handenen Verbindungen an der Armatur mit Etiketten
(siehe Abbildung 1).

4. Bei Armaturen ohne pneumatischem/
elektrischem Kugelhahnantrieb oder
#
wenn Sie den pneumatischen/elektrischen
Kugelhahnantrieb nicht ausbauen:
Ziehen Sie bitte an der Armatur die Spülwassser-
schläuche und an allen vorhandenen pneumatischen
Anschlüssen die Luftschläuche ab.
5. Bei Armaturen mit pneumatischem/
elektrischem Kugelhahnantrieb:

Ziehen Sie bitte, auch wenn Sie den pneu-
matischen/elektrischen Kugelhahnantrieb
nicht ausbauen, an der Armatur alle externen
pneumatischen Anschlüsse links am An-
schlussblock Pneumatik (siehe Abbildung 1)
und die Spülwassserschläuche ab.

3.3 Demounting the process assembly
If you want demount the process assembly
#
together with the ball valve, please ensure,
that the process is switched off and stays
switched off!
If you want demount the process assembly
#
without the ball valve, please ensure, that
the ball valve is closed and stays closed!
1. Drive the process assembly into service position.
2. For demounting the process assembly, please
consider thereby the safety notes in
and clean the process assembly according to
operating instructions.
3. Please mark, if required, all available connec-
tions at the process assembly, using labels (see
figure 1).
4. At process assemblies without pneu-
matic/electric ball valve drive or
#
if you do not demount the pneumatic/
electric ball valve drive:
Pull off, at the process assembly, the rinse
water hoses and at all available pneumatic
connections the air hoses.
5. At process assemblies with pneumatic/
electric ball valve drive:
#
Please pull off, even if you do not demount
the pneumatic/electric ball valve drive, at
the process assembly all external pneumatic
connections on the left side of the terminal
block pneumatic (see figure 1) and the rinse
water hoses.
