5.2.2 Austausch der innenliegenden
Ersatzteile
1. Bitte nehmen Sie die neuen Kit-Ersatzteile
►
J6 Dichtungen ohne Mediumkontakt
und/oder
► J7 Dichtungen mit Mediumkontakt,
Dichtbuchse und Abstreifer
aus den gelieferten Kit(s) und machen mit dem
nächsten Schritt weiter.
2. Packen Sie die Dichtungen, auch O-Ringe genannt,
entsprechend den nachfolgenden Abläufen, Schritt für

Schritt, erst dann aus, wenn sie gebraucht werden.
3. Fetten Sie O-Ringe und Kugelhahn, vor dem
Einbau, entsprechend der Anwendung der Armatur
ein.
4. Vermeiden Sie Beschädigungen an den O-Ringen
beim Ab- und Aufziehen, z.B. durch die Pinzette.
5. Wenn Sie ausschließlich Ersatzteile an der Elektroden-
führung tauschen wollen, machen Sie bitte mit
Kapitel 5.2.2.3 auf
6. Wenn Sie ausschließlich Ersatzteile am Spülgehäuse
tauschen wollen, machen Sie bitte mit
auf Seite 48 weiter.
7. Ansonsten bitte weiter mit dem nächsten Kapitel.
5.2.2.1 Ersatzteiltausch am
Zylinder
1. Wenn Sie auch den Zylinder tauschen, nehmen Sie den
neuen Zylinder dem gelieferten Kit und machen gleich
mit dem nächsten Schritt weiter.
Ansonsten ziehen Sie bitte den gebrauchten O-Ring mit
einer kleinen Pinzette an der ersten Stirnseite vom Zy-
linder ab (siehe Abbildung 1) und entfernen Sie diesen.

2. Bitte nehmen Sie einen neuen O-Ring aus dem geliefer-
ten Kit und fetten Sie diesen ein.

5.2.2 Exchange of the inside located
spare parts
1. Please take the new kit spare parts
► J6 Gaskets without medium contact
and/or
► J7 Gaskets with medium contact,
sealing bush and scrapers
out of the provided kit(s) and proceed with the
next step.
2. Please unpack the gaskets, also called O-rings,
according to the following processes, step by
#
step, just in time, when they are needed.
3. Lubricate before installation, O-rings and
ball valve, according to the application of the
process assembly.
4. Avoid damages on the O-rings at the pull off
and push on, caused e.g. by the tweezers.
5. If you want exclusively exchange spare parts at the
electrode guide, please proceed with
on page 45.
6. If you want exclusively exchange spare parts at the
rinse chamber, please proceed with
on page 48.
7. Otherwise please proceed with the next step.
5.2.2.1 Spare part exchange at the
actuator
1. If you want also exchange the actuator, please take
the new actuator out of the provided kit and proceed
directly with the next step.
Otherwise please pull the used O-ring at the first front
side from the actuator, using a small tweezers (see fig-
ure 1) and remove it.
2. Please take a new O-rings out of the provided kit
and lubricate it.
