3 Hinweise und Demontage
der Armatur
3.1 Sicherheitshinweise
#
Die Person, die für den Prozess verantwortlich
ist, muss informiert sein, dass ein Teileaustausch
durchgeführt wird.
Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass falls erforderlich, der
Prozess abgeschaltet ist und abgeschaltet bleibt!
Eine Erlaubnis zum Austausch der Teile muss vor
Beginn der Austauscharbeiten vorhanden sein.
Bevor ein Prozessinstrument verändert oder ge-
trennt wird, stellen Sie fest, welche Chemikalien
oder Flüssigkeiten vorhanden sind und wie hoch
Druck und Temperatur sind.
Lösen Sie nie Prozessbefestigungen oder Schrau-
ben, ohne vorherige Absprache.
Berücksichtigen Sie die Sicherheitsanweisungen
und arbeiten Sie immer entsprechend der allge-
meinen Sicherheitsrichtlinien.
Nach allen Arbeiten an Verbindungen der
Armatur muss nach Abschluss der Arbeiten die
Funktion aller Verbindungen wieder hergestellt
und überprüft werden.
Für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb der Armatur ist
dies zwingend erforderlich.

3 Notes and dismounting
the process assembly
3.1 Safety notes
#
The person responsible for the process, should
be informed that a part exchange will be carried
out.
Please make sure that if required, the process
is switched off and stays switched off!
A permit for the exchange of parts should be
obtained before starting any exchange works.
Before changing or disconnecting any instrument
that is attached to the process, determine what
chemical or liquid is being measured and at what
pressure and temperature.
Never loosen any process fittings or bolts with-
out an agreement.
Be aware of the safety-instructions and work
always according to the common safety rules.
After all kind of works at the connections of
the process assembly, the functions of all
connections must be reinstalled and proved
after termination of works.
This is absolutely necessary for proper operation
of the process assembly.
