3.2 Hinweise zu den Kit-Ersatzteilen
Bei allen Arbeiten an Verbindungen müssen
#
nach Abschluss der Arbeiten alle Verbindungen
wieder hergestellt werden.
Für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb ist dies
zwingend erforderlich.
1. Der Ablauf in Kürze: Zum Austausch der
Kit-Ersatzteile starten Sie mit der Demontage
der Armatur aus dem Prozesskreislauf (siehe
Kapitel 3.3 ab Seite
2. Sie können als nächsten Schritt die
liegenden Ersatzteile A
(siehe Kapitel 5.1 ab
Zerlegen der Armatur nicht erforderlich.
3. Sind innenliegende Ersatzteile J auszutauschen,
zerlegen Sie zunächst die Armatur in ihre Einzel-
teile( siehe Kapitel 5.2.1
4. Wenn innen– und
auszutauschen sind, empfiehlt es sich mit dem
Austausch der innenliegenden Ersatzteile J zu
beginnen (siehe Kapitel 5.2.1
5. Nach Austausch der innenliegenden Ersatz-
teile J folgt der Zusammenbau der Armatur (siehe
Kapitel 5.2.3 ab Seite
6. Abschließend folgt die Montage in den Prozess-
kreislauf (siehe Kapitel 6
hergehender Dichtigkeitsprüfung.
7. Der Zusammenbau der Kit-Ersatzteile zu den
2 Konfigurationen von Kugelhahnantrieben und
die Einstellung wird in einem separaten Kapitel
beschrieben (siehe Kapitel 7
8. Die oben genannten Arbeiten werden in den
nachfolgenden Kapiteln detailiert beschrieben.
9. Die Armatur gibt es mit Edelstahl– oder Kunst-
stoffdruckzylinder, entsprechend dem Anwend-
ungsfall.
Die Schritte zum Austauschen der Kit-Ersatz-
teile sind bei beiden Ausführungen prinzipiell
gleich. Wenn erforderlich, werden Ausnahmen
entsprechend beschrieben.
10. Das Austauschen der Kit-Ersatzteile wird an einer
Armatur mit Kunststoffdruckzylinder und einem
pneumatischen/elektrischen Kugelhahnan-
trieb gezeigt.
11. Die Armatur wird komplett mit dem pneumatischen/
elektrischen Kugelhahnantrieb demontiert, zerlegt,
zusammengebaut und wieder eingebaut.

3.2 Hints for the kit spare parts
After all kind of work at the connections all

connections must reinstalled after termination
of work.
This is absolutely necessary for the proper
operating.
1. The flow in brief: For the exchange of the kit
spare parts you will start with the demounting
of the process assembly out of the process cycle.
(see chapter 3.3
2. As next you can exchange the
spare parts A , as required (see
page 14). To do this, the dismantle of the process
assembly is not required.
3. If inside located spare parts J are to exchange,
firstly dismantle the process assembly into their
components (see chapter 5.2.1
4. If inside and outside
to exchange, it is recommended to start with
the exchange of the inside located spare parts J
(see chapter 5.2.1
5. After exchange of the inside located spare parts J,
follows the rebuilding of the process assembly (see
chapter 5.2.3 from
6. Finally follows the installation into the process cycle
(see chapter 6 from

7. The assembly of the kit spare parts for the 2 config-
urations of ball valve drives and adjustment are des-
cribed in a separate chapter (see
page 59).

9. The process assembly is provided with a stain-
less steel or plastic pressure actuator, according
to the application.
The steps for the exchange of kit spare parts are
in principle identical for both versions.
If needed, exceptions will be described accord-
ingly.
10. The exchange of kit spare parts is shown at
a process assembly with plastic pressure
actuator and pneumatic/electric ball valve
drive.
11. The process assembly is completely demounted
with the pneumatic/electric ball valve drive,
dismantled, rebuilt and reinstalled.
