11. Bitte führen Sie die folgende Dichtigkeitsprüfung
an der Armatur durch.
Falls sich eine Undichtigkeit zeigt, ist zunächst z.B.
ein weiteres Anziehen der Inbusschrauben am Spül-
gehäuse und/oder Zylinderkopf erforderlich.
12. A. Druckluftprüfung
Bitte entriegeln Sie

den Rastbolzen.
Öffnen Sie den Kugelhahn.
Bitte schließen Sie Druckluft, max. 6 bar, mit
einem Luftschlauch wechselweise an den 2 pneu-
matischen Anschlüssen des Zylinders an.
Kontrollieren Sie die Hin– und Herbewegung des
Hubrohrs/Führungsrohrs und die Dichtigkeit des
Zylinders.
13. B. Wasserdruckprüfung
Bitte verschließen Sie am Spülgehäuse einen der
zwei Spülstutzen wasserdicht.
Schließen Sie über einen Wasserschlauch am anderen
Spülstutzen Wasser mit max. 6 bar Druck an.
Kontrollieren Sie die Dichtigkeit des Spülgehäuses und
der Spülstutzen.
14. Wenn Sie die Armatur ohne Kugelhahn oder
ohne Kugelhahnantrieb ausgebaut haben,
setzen Sie die Armatur mit dem Spülgehäuse auf
den Kugelhahn (siehe Abbildung 9).
Dabei zeigen die pneumatischen Anschlüsse zum
Kugelhahnantrieb.

Schritt 16.
11. Please perform still the tightness check at
the process assembly as follows.
If a leakage occurs, it is e.g. firstly necessary,
to tighten further the Allen screws at the rinse
chamber and/or actuator head.
12. A. Compressed air check
Please unlock the

stop bolt.
Open the ball valve.
Please connect compressed air, max. 6 bar,
alternating to the 2 pneumatic connections of
the actuator, using an air hose.
Check the bidirectinal movement of the retract-
able pipe/guide pipe and the tight-ness of the
actuator.
13. B. Water pressure check
Please block one of the two rinse nozzles at
the rinse chamber watertight.
Connect water to the other rinse nozzle with
max. 6 bar pressure, using a water hose.
Check the tightness of the rinse chamber and
the rinse nozzles.
14. If you have demounted the process assembly
without ball valve or without ball valve
drive, set the process assembly with the rinse
chamber on the ball valve (see figure 9).
The pneumatic connections are set to the ball
valve drive.
Otherwise please proceed directly with
