Endschalter induktiv
1. Legen Sie die demontierte Armatur auf eine ebene
Fläche.
2. Kennzeichnen Sie bitte bei Bedarf die Verbindungen.
3. Bitte lösen Sie, je nach Konfiguration, 1 oder 2 ge-
brauchte induktive Endschalter an der Armatur,
durch Drehen der 2 gekonterten Muttern gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn, mit einem Flachschlüssel 17 mm.
Drehen Sie 1 oder 2 Endschalter heraus (siehe Abbil-
dung 1) und entfernen Sie diese.

4. Die Positionen der neuen elektrischen Endschalter,
welche Sie anschließend einbauen, müssen genau
eingestellt werden. Das sind je nach Konfiguration:
1 Endschalter für die Mess-Position im Spülgehäuse
oder
2 Endschalter für die Mess– und Service-Position
im Spülgehäuse und im Zylinderkopf.
Diese Einstellungen werden nachfolgend beschrieben.
5. Verriegeln Sie
den Rastbolzen.
Bitte drehen Sie das Hubrohr/Führungsrohr und
Schutzrohr im Uhrzeigersinn, bis zum Anschlag,
vorübergehend auf die Elektrodenführung (siehe
Abbildung 2).

Electric limit switch
1. Put the demounted process assembly on a
plain area.
2. Please mark the connections, if needed.
3. Please loosen, depending on configuration,
1 or 2 used electric limit switches at the
process assembly, by turning the 2 tightened
nuts counter-clockwise, using a 17 mm wrench.
Turn out 1 or 2 electric limit switches (see figure 1)
and remove them.
4. The positions of the new electric limit switches,
which you will install subsequently, has to be
adjusted exactly. These are depending on configuration:
1 limit switch for the measuring position in the rinse
chamber or
2 limit switches for measuring and service position
in the rinse chamber and in the actuator head.
These adjustments will be described consecutively.
5. Lock the
stop bolt.
Please turn the retractable pipe/guide pipe
and protective pipe clockwise, up to the stop,
temporarily on the electrode guide (see fig-
ure 2).
