39.2.8 ip ospf dead-interval
Configure the OSPF dead-interval for the interface, in seconds. If the timer
expires without the router receiving hello packets from the neighbor, the rou-
ter declares the neighbor router as down. Set the timer to at least four times
the value of the hello-interval.

Configure the OSPF cost for the interface. The cost of a specific interface
indicates the overhead required to send packets across the link. If set to 0,
OSPF calculates the cost from the reference bandwidth and the interface
speed.
