te tutti i dadi (1 Fig. 20) che stringono
le molle.
Qualora l'albero cardanico fornito abbia
il mozzo con bloccaggio a bulloni (2 Fig.
20), assicurarsi che questi siano serrati
con forza.
CAUTELA
Se nonostante siano stati avvitati
tutti i dadi la frizione slitta ancora, è
necessario sostituire i dischi di attrito
della frizione.
Se la frizione non slitta, svitare uniforme-
mente tutti i dadi (1 Fig. 20) che fi ssano
le molle.
Svitare un giro alla volta e verifi care la
frizione dopo circa 300 metri di lavoro.
Se necessario ripetere l'operazione,
sempre svitando un giro alla volta.
Se la frizione mantiene durante il lavoro
una temperatura di circa 40-50 gradi
circa signifi ca che è regolata in modo
corretto.
Non serrare mai a fondo i dadi, poiché
in tal modo si elimina la funzione delle
molle e dunque della frizione a danno
degli organi di trasmissione.
CAUTELA
Ripetere questa verifi ca ad ogni nuova
stagione di lavoro.
Albero cardanico con limita-
tore di sicurezza a bullone di
trancio
Il limitatore, inserito nel giunto cardanico,
è dotato di un bullone di sicurezza, tarato
per uno sforzo medio.
Qualora, in presenza di ostacoli partico-
larmente resistenti tale bullone si tranci,
è necessario sostituirlo con uno nuovo di
dimensioni e materiale uguali.
Se tale bullone è inserito nel foro (2 Fig.
21) e si trancia ripetutamente, è consiglia-
bile montarlo nel foro (1 Fig. 21).

If it slips too easily (and overheats), it will
be necessary to evenly tighten all the nuts
(1 Fig. 20) that retain the springs.
If the supplied cardan shaft has a bolt-
locked hub (2 Fig. 20), check that these
bolts are fully tightened.
CAUTION
The clutch disks must be changed if
the clutch still slips after all the nuts
have been tightened.
If the clutch does not slip, evenly unscrew
all the spring fi xing nuts (1 Fig. 20).
Unscrew one turn at a time and check
the clutch after having worked about
300 meters.
Repeat the operation if necessary,
remembering to unscrew one turn at a
time.
If the clutch maintains a temperature
of about 40-50 degrees during work,
this means that it has been correctly
regulated.
Never fully torque the nuts since this
would void the function of the springs
and, subsequently, of the clutch, thus
damaging the transmission compo-
nents.
CAUTION
This inspection must be performed
at the beginning of each new working
season.
Driveline with safety limiter and
shear bolt
The limiter, inserted in the cardan joint,
is equipped with a safety bolt that is set
for an average force.
Whenever unduly resistant obstacles
cause the bolt to shear, it must be re-
placed by a new bolt, of the same size
and material.
If the bolt, inserted in hole (2 Fig. 21),
shears repeatedly, then we recommend
inserting it in the hole (1 Fig. 21).

avoir vissé tous les écrous, remplacez
les plateaux de l'embrayage.
Si l'embrayage ne patine pas, dévissez
de manière uniforme tous les écrous (1
Fig. 20) de fi xation des ressorts.
Dévissez d'un tour à la fois et vérifi ez
l'embrayage après environ 300 mètres
de travail. Si nécessaire, répétez l'opé-
ration en dévissant toujours d'un tour
à la fois. Quand l'embrayage maintient
une température d'environ 40-50 degrés
pendant le travail, cela signifi e qu'il est
réglé correctement.
Ne serrez jamais à fond les écrous car
cela annule la fonction des ressorts et
donc de l'embrayage au détriment des
organes de transmission
IMPORTANT
Répéter ce contrôle au débaut de cha-
que nouvelle saison de travail.
Arbre à cardans avec limiteur
de sécurité à boulon de cisaille-
ment
Le limiteur engagé dans le joint de car-
dan, est équipé d'un boulon de sécurité
pour un effort moyen. Si en présence
d'obstables particulièrement résistants
ce boulon se casse, le remplacer par in
boulon neuf aux mêmes dimensions et
matériau.
Si ce boulon est introduit dans letrou
(2 Fig. 21) et se casse maintes fois, on
conseille de le monter dans le trou (1
Fig.21).
DEUTSCH
(Überhitzung), muß man alle Muttern
(1 Abb. 20), die die Federn spannen,
noch weiter anziehen. Sollte die mit
dem Gerät gelieferte Gelenkwelle eine
mit Schraubbolzen blockierte Nabe (2
Abb. 20) haben, sicherstellen, daß diese
angezogen sind.
VORSICHT
Wenn die Kupplung dennoch schlupft,
obwohl man alle Muttern der Kupplung
angezogen hat, sind die Reibscheiben
der Kupplung zu ersetzen.
Wenn die Kupplung nicht schlupft, alle
Muttern (1 Abb. 20), die die Federn
spannen, gleichmäßig lockern.
Alle Muttern um eine Umdrehung los-
schrauben und die Kupplung nach 300
Metern Fahrstrecke prüfen.
Den Vorgang falls erforderlich wieder-
holen, jeweils eine Umdrehung pro
Versuch.
Wenn die Kupplung während der Arbeit
eine Temperatur von circa 40-50°C bei-
behält, ist sie richtig eingestellt.
Die Muttern nie ganz festziehen, weil
dabei die Wirkung die Federn und da-
mit der Kupplung aufgehoben würde,
was sich schädlich auf die Getriebe-
teile auswirken würde.
VORSICHT
Diese Überprufung bei jeder neuen
Arbeitssaison wiederholen.
Gelenkwelle mit Sicherheits-
kupplung mit Scherbolzen
Der Begrenzer, ins Kardangelenk ein-
gebaut, verfügt über eine Sicherheits-
mutter, die auf eine mittlere Belastung
eingestellt ist. Wenn sich bei besonders
widerstandskräftigen Hindernissen diese
Mutterschraube durchtrennt, muß sie
durch eine neue gleicher Maße und glei-
chen Materials ersetzt werden.
Wenn diese Mutterschraube in Öffnung
(2 Fig. 21) eingefügt ist und sich wieder-
holt durchtrennt, raten wir sie in Öffnung
(1 Fig. 21) zu montieren.

que fi jan el resorte.
Afl ojar una vuelta a la vez y controlar
el embrague luego de 300 metros de
trabajo.
Si es necesario repetir la operación siem-
pre afl ojando un giro a la vez.
Si el embrague mantiene durante el tra-
bajo una temperatura de 40-50 grados
significa que está regulado en modo
correcto.
No ajustar jamás a fondo las tuercas,
ya que así se inutiliza el resorte y
la fricción dañando los órganos de
transmisión.

CAUTELA
Repetir esta verificación tras cada
nueva estación de trabajo.
Arbol cardánico con limitador de
seguridad de perno
El limitador, colocado en la conexiòn del
cardàan, posee un perno de seguridad
ajustado para un esfuerzo mediano.
Si, debido a obstàculos sobremanera
resistentes, se tronchara el perno, hace
falta que se substituya con otro nuevo
que tenga dimensiones y materiales
iguales.
Si el perno està introducido en el agujero
(2 Fig. 21) y se tronchara muchas veces,
se aconseja montarlo en el agujero (1
Fig. 21).
