3.3 PRIMA DELL'USO
Prima di mettere in funzione la macchina,
eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
- Controllare che la macchina sia per-
fettamente in ordine, che i lubrifi canti
siano al giusto livello (vedere capitolo
«Manutenzione») e che tutti gli organi
soggetti ad usura e deterioramento siano
pienamente effi cienti.
- Controllare che la macchina, anche quel-
la provvista di rullo, sia ben regolata per
l'ottenimento della profondità di lavoro
desiderata.
AVVERTENZA
Verifi care, prima della messa in fun-
zione della macchina, che le protezioni
antinfortunistiche fornite smontate per
ragioni di trasporto, siano state corret-
tamente installate.
Mediante i cavallotti 1 e i dadi 2 (fi g.7B)
montare le protezioni anteriori 3 (fi g.7B) in
modo da coprire la zona tratteggiata che
va dall'attacco barre alla fi ancata esterna
come rappresentato in fi gura 6. Lo spazio
tra le protezioni anteriori 3 e lo spazio
tra l'attacco barre e l'ultima protezione
anteriore ad essa più vicina deve essere
al massimo di 60 mm (vedi fi g. 7A). La
protezione esterna 3 deve inoltre essere
montata il più vicino possibile alla fi ancata

3.3 BEFORE USE
Before starting the machine, check that:
- The machine is perfectly in order, that the
lubricants are at the correct levels (see
«Maintenance» chapter) and that all
parts subject to wear and deterioration
are fully effi cient.
- Check the machine, also thet fi tted with
roller, is correctly positioned for obtain the
rigth working depth.
WARNING
The accident prevention guards are
delivered dismantled for shipping vol-
ume needs. Before commissioning the
machine, check to be certain that all ac-
cident prevent guards are in place and
correctly installed.
By using "U" bolts 1 and 2 (pic.7B), as-
sembly the front protections 3 (pic.7B) in
order to cover the shaded area going from
the lower connection to the external side,
as showed on the picture 6. The clearance
between the front protections (3) and the
clearance between the lower connections
and its nearest protection, must be maxi-
mum of 60 mm (see picture 7A). External
front protection (3) must be mounted as
near as possible to the external side. The

3.3 AVANT UTILISATION
Avant de mettre la machine en marche
eff ectuez les contrôles suivants:
- Vérifiez que la machine est en parfait
état, que les lubrifi ants sont au bon ni-
veau (voir chapitre «Entretien») et que
toutes les pièces soumises à usure et
détérioration sont en bon état.
- S'assurer que la machine aussi ce
dotée de rouleau est bien réglée pour
obtenir une profondeur plus appro-
priées suivant les nécessités.
ATTENTION
Avant la mise en service de la machine
vérifi er que les protections contre les
accidents, fournies démontées pour
des raisons de transport, ont été mon-
tées correctement.
A l'aide des boulons 1 et des écrous 2 (Fig.7B)
monter les protections antérieures 3 (Fig.7B) afi n
de couvrir la zone pointillée qui va de l'attelage
barres au fl anc externe comme représenté à la
fi gure A . L'espace entre les protections antérieures
3 et l'espace entre l'attelage barres et la dernière
protection externe la plus proche, doit être au maxi-
mum de 60 mm (voir fi g. 7A).
La protection externe 3 doit être montée le plus
près possible du fl anc externe. A ce dernier, il faut
attacher la protection latérale 4 fi xée dans la posi-
tion la plus externe possible à l'aide de la vis 5 et

INBETRIEBNAHME
Bevor das Maschine in Betrieb genommen wird, sind
folgende Punkte sicher-zustellen:
- Das Gerät muß vollkommen in Ordnung sein,
die Schmierstoffüllung muß stimmen (vgl. Kapitel
«Wartung») und alle Verschleiß und Beschädigung
ausgesetzten Teile müssen voll leistungsfähig
sein.
- Sicherstellen, daß die Maschine, gut eingestellt ist
für die Gewünschte tiefe.
ACHTUNG
Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme der Maschine
sicherstellen, daß die Schutzvorrichtungen, die
zum Umfallschutz mitgeliefert werden und aus
Transportgründen nicht montiert sind, alle korrekt
installiert worden sind.
Mithilfe der U-Bügel 1 und der Muttern 2 (Abb.7B)
die vorderen Schutzvorrichtungen 3 (Abb.7B)
so montieren, dass der schraffi erte Bereich, der
sich vom Unterlenkeranschluss bis zur externen
Seitenwand erstreckt, bedeckt wird; siehe Abb. A
. Der Abstand zwischen den vorderen Schutzvor-
richtungen 3 und der Abstand zwischen dem
Unterlenkeranschluss und der letzten, diesem am
nächsten liegenden
Vorderen Schutzvorrichtung , darf höchstens 60
mm betragen (siehe Abb.7A). Die äußere Schut-
zvorrichtung 3 muss zudem so nah wie möglich
an der externen Seitenwand montiert werden. An

3.3 ANTES DEL USO
Antes de poner en función la máquina, efectuar las
siguientes operaciones:
- Controlar que la máquina esté perfectamente en
orden, que los lubricantes estén a nivel (ver capí-
tulo «Mantenimiento») y que todos los organos
sujetos a desgaste estén en buen estado.
- Controlar que la máquina también aquella con
cilindro, esté bien regulada para obtener la
profundidad de trabajo según las necesidades.
ATENCION
Verifi car, antes de la puesta en función de la
máquina, que las protecciones contra acciden-
tes suministradas desmontadas por razones de
transporte, hayan sido instaladas de manera
correcta.
Por medio de los ataques 1 y las tuercas 2
(ilustr. 7B) montar las protecciones delan-
teras 3 (ilustr. 7B) de modo que se cubra el
área sombreada, desde las bielas ataque
barras,hasta el fl anco lado externo, como
representado en la ilustr.A. El espacio entre
las protecciones delanteras 3, y el espacio
entre el ataque barras y la ultima proteccion
delantera más cercana a este, no tiene que
exceder de 60 mm.(ilustr. 7A)
La proteccion externa debe montarse lo
más cerca posible al fl anco externo. A esta
ultima se adjuntarà la protección delantera
lateral 4, fi jada en la posición más externa
